So no problem.

Sometimes sludge can correct by driving your vehicle sa malayo, enough to evaporate the condensation from the oil. Try use engine flush (gunk, sludge remover) before change oil, gawin mong every other change oil e-flush mo or 2x a year or perhaps 3x. Good luck

You can try using a petrol engine compatible diesel engine oil. Use the one with at least API CH/SJ or SL rating. Diesel engine oils have better cleaning ability than the petrol engine oils.

The 'lagitik' of your engine could be caused by sticky valves or if equipped with Hydraulic valve lifters, the lifters do not receive enough oil (because of deposits) or pressure for proper operation, a cleaned engine might solve this problem.

    Hehehehe!

Italian tune up, is a "WISE GUY" term coined during the time of Italian crime families. Most people nowadays including myself, you, we just called it "TUNE UP". Back then, an attitude adjustment done w/ fists, kick, baseball bat even a crowbar. That is an Italian tune up.

Fate come ho detto o gli darete un'aria in su.
