carb adjustment question

hi,

this is for a stock mitsubishi 4g15a sohc carb engine. the carb is a single barrel variable venturi.

yung pinaka puno nya (yung nakadikit sa main body ng carb) ang dapat maikot diba? di ko sya maikot kasi. yung parang barrel na mataba, nagalaw sya (see my arrow up/down in the pic). ang isip ko e, baka merong special instrument or tool para dito (besides long nose pliers).

saka yung a/f screw, yung dulo nya, buo na bilog. hindi sya philips, hindi rin sya flat head.



pano ko maiikot ang a/f mixture nito? any experience?

naiikot yan sir.. try niyo ipitin ng plies para mclip yung rod sa loob ng aluminum na yan then maiikot na yan... adjustment is supposed to be turnable not up and down... same with my pizza...
