check fuel pressure and if no fuel pressure,suspect the main relay

Not familiar with Civics, but it really could be the Ignition Coil (or ignition module if it has one). Same symptoms...

sa akin naging culprit is the starter

Ignition coil yan bro, of that I'm 100% sure. Nangyari din yan sa akin recently (pero 97 Accord). I suspected a lot of things, pati na rin main relay, pero ganun pa din. Napagastos lang, hehehe.

Nung napalitan na yung ignition coil, ok na.

Most probably, nasa loob ng distributor yung ignition coil ng Civic. Less than 1k lang malamang yan sa suking auto supply, mga 2.5k siguro sa casa.

Di ba sakit ng Honda, ang faulty ignition coil? Anyway, try to search on google, hard hot engine start.

our civic esi 93 also had taht problem pagkatapos mo gamitin ayaw na mag start ulit kailangan palamigin pa engine haha. pinagawa la ng namin sa banawe sa ignition module/coil ata pnalitan lang
