Chief, yung nasunog ba eh yung air cleaner or air filter? If that's the case, you really need to replace it as its purpose is crucial to your engine safety and efficiency. Huwag mo na paniwalaan yung ibang mga taxi driver, kaya nga madali malaspag yung mga oto nila. Anyway, before you replace the filter, check and correct first the cause of the burning, nag back fire ba sya? Pa check mo muna engine and replace the filter. Thanks

kung nasunog air filter, may mali sa timing at mixture ng sasakyan. pina-overhaul na ba iyan o kaya nag palit ng timing belt? maaaring di nai-tama ang timing.

You can run without an airfilter... if you don't care about the longevity of your oil or your carburetor. Running without an air filter lets your oil get dirty earlier... lets in particles that can scour and scratch the cylinder walls... lets your carb get dirty quicker... which leads to poor fuel economy.

There are a million reasons to put an air filter on your car... and only one reason to leave it off... so you don't need to buy replacement filters... but a few hundred bucks for a stock air filter is a tiny price to pay to avoid a 10,000+++ peso engine overhaul.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
