The companies on the list are either mostly shops from Lazada and some even have physical stores. Grabe ganyan na kadami, what if counting the wholesalers, physical stores, Facebook sellers, Shopee and etc... it's too much. Also people should stop buying these fake filters & etc... since 100% of them are smuggled goods which doesn't even pay a single peso of taxes & etc...

Please be careful with #5 Nihon Automotives PH this shop is one of the worse, even the brake pads that they are selling are 100% fake, brake pads are a major part of the vehicle's safety pero Nihon Automotives think it's okay to risk the driver and passengers' lives, ang matindi pa is overpriced pa mga fake items niya.

Still verifying TIMITSU Auto Parts Center / Timitsu Baliwag Auto Parts(which is a branch of SEZAN Baliwag Auto Parts) since yung brake pads na binebenta niya looks sort of fishy and possibly filters then yung price niya malapit sa Mitsubishi & etc... genuine parts prices.

Photo of the fake brake pads is from Nihon Automotives PH.

    well,
    anyone can make sumbong.
    but where's the proof?
    quoting tsikot.com won't cut it...

    from what i understand,
only the legitimate manufacturer/distributor has the privilege of accusing the faker of fakery.

Contact the legal department of the car manufacturers DTI or IPOL

    DTI
https://www.dti.gov.ph/konsyumer/complaints/ - you can complain either send them an email or calling their landline number this is for consumers.

    IPOL
IPOPHL, NCIPR to take on online counterfeiting, piracy | IPOPHL - this one more on the manufacturer/distributor's side

Very easy to determine yung product is fake by the authorities actually yung DTI, IPOL or FBI will just buy a sample of the product online. Easy for them to catch kasi Lazada and Shopee shipping label includes the exact address of the online seller.

Besides the consumer has the full right to complain to the authorities about being duped into buying fake goods. That's why you see warehouses being raided sa news and etc... because somebody or an end consumer gave a tip about it.

Consumers can accuse the store/seller of selling to them imitation/fake goods under the guise of a brand's packaging, trying to imitate the original product's trademark.

Especially naka register ang Toyota, Mitsubishi & etc... trademark sa Philippines.

So many wrong with counterfeit items and japanabc has discussed the reasons. Substandard products which will harm our vehicles, smuggling so no taxes, then those selling/producing fake items will continuously profit from an illegal way.
Will send your list to a friend who works for toyota. Let’s see if something happens.
