Pero parang may sense naman kasi ang effect niyan ay mag swirl yung hangin na papasok sa combustion at yun ang main goal ng mga karerista ng motor hehe Ewan lang sa mga 4 wheels hehe

Swirl is beneficial, but you need the vortex generator to be position right inside the intake manifold, right before the port (and one per port) for it to work properly.

Pero how do explain sirs yung sudden loss ng dark emissions sa mga kinabitan ng ganito? Saw some videos kasi and even knew people who actually had this device installed on their vehicles at sabi nila nawala daw talaga eh.

Tactic used in Khaos Super Tubo... errh... Turbo Charger installs before. Either a tune-up and oil change along with the installation... or a good spray of diesel injector cleaner during the disassembly.

Hell... give me time with the car, and without installing anything, I can reduce black smoke simply by plugging up the EGR valve.

Which is also a possible tactic by the installers. And which can be done without installing a cheap piece of tin in the intake.

If you want to improve your diesel's emissions, you can simply take it to a reputable garage and they will give a no-bullsh*t EGR blanking plate that doesn't work on fairy dust.

If you want to be funky and install some cheap tin fins inside your intake where loose pieces can be dislodged and drop into your intake valves... go right ahead. If you really want to "sakal" your engine for the sake of fuel economy and emissions, you can simply DIY a blanking plate with tiny holes to slow down the intake air...
