Ano pong ok na Engine Oil? Survey na din, ano oil nyo?

Chieffy,

I'm currently using Havoline Energy, nababawasan oil ko pero wala akong nakikitang leak. My car is a corolla with a 2E engine, my mileage was 130000+ and I'm driving around 100 km per day.

Given the travel distance ko per day, should I use fully synthetic or semi synthetic oil and what viscosity? Somebody told me kasi na I should use oil with viscosity na 40 para hindi masyadong manipis.

sir JDL, gumamit kayo ng mineral based oil na SAE 20w-50 dahil medyo mataas na mileage ng kotse nyo...malamang kumain na ng langis ang makina nyo dahil maluwag na yung mga engine components niyan compared with cars na mababa pa mileage...hope this helps

depende pa rin sir buknoy2002...yung kay sir JDL kasi baka kumakain na ng langis...nababawasan daw kasi langis niya eh pero walang signs of leak...baka lang ma-solve problema niya by using a thicker oil...cheap solution muna...

meron din namang nagpa-change oil sa amin na more than 100,000 km na mileage pero okay pa rin yung Energy sa kotse niya...

may nag post sa TACP dati...nababawasan daw langis niya pero walang tulo...noong nagpatingin siya sa mekaniko eh kailangan na raw mag overhaul...

10-60w is 560/liter. Try the 50W muna, you'll be surprised how good it is.

Icon,

Meron 10-40w. 320/liter.

For the diesel vehicle owners, try these.

Touring High Tech Diesel Special Oi 15W-40 HD 810/4 liters.

Diesel Schmier Additive (improves Diesel Fuel Combustion/lubricates Distributor Pumps) 180/150ml.

paano papunta sa station mo coming from pasig? tama ba na i will turn left from the kalentong (JRC) intersection (from pasig shaw blvd.)? or may shorter way na pwede?
