what if po kung kapapachange oil lang.let say,20km lang natakbo.then garahe na for 1 year.then after 1 year gagamitin na uli..change oil po ba or not?

Better to change the oil. This also deteriorates and gathers moisture over time.

ung bihira lang gamitin pero frequent short trips naman. this is categorize as hazardous driving condition and require change oil interval more often.

My Old Faithful van, and only M/T ride,- around the area lang kung gamitin ko,- every year ang oil change..... Around 1.5KKm to 2KKm per year ang tinatakbo....
