i also have a (basic) charger that i got in the mall for about 2200 bucks.
i use it when the battery is already too far gone to start the engine.
i charge the battery just enough (15-60 min) so's i can start the car. my next stop is the battery store.

I also have a battery pulse repair charger for a quarter of the price you bought it for. The jump starter is better if you need something in a hurry.

does it work as presumed to promise?
does it significantly revive old batteries to the usual use-ableness?

Ninja told me he has one also and it works. You just need to plug it for a number of hours for proper recharging.

I bought one and the jump starter to prepare myself in case of any emergency. My suki Amaron dealer is just in front of the subdivision gate though.

This is also what Im using. When you clamp in the red and black terminal it will show 40% or 20% this is the current capacity of my battery right? it means it is already depleting.
