it gets heated much more, by the running engine beside it. and yet, it lasts years.

Masama din in the long run for the battery Cathy. But given the present situation, what you're doing is best. Health and safety measures first. Last priority na talaga dapat yung potential additional gastos. And super sulit na rin naman yung Amaron mo. Mas magandang endorser ka pa nga kay JD kasi may first hand experience.

I compared it with Amaron 3SM Hi-Life. Only RC is much higher with Amaron. I was considering this before but I cannot see a lot of reviews so I settle again with Amaron.

Naalala ko nung bata pa ako at uso pa ang Tamiya (90s). Wala pa akong rechargeables nun, nag-iipon pa lang pambili. Binibilad ko sa araw yung mga AA batteries kong mahina para marecahrge at magamit ulit pang-race.

we did that, too.
we also used battery charger, to re-charge our non-rechargeable carbon-zinc dry cells.
"it worked" naman... a bit.

Ito yung sinasabi nilang fake Amaron.
Because Amaron is a known battery brand now, every brand battery from India is being marketed as same as Amaron. There are batteries who even copied the case and cover design of Amaron. But if it is not green and/or has no embossed Amaron word, or did not print manufacturer name Amara Raja, you should start to doubt.

I think hindi pwede ilagay ang AMARA RAJA jan kasi masisira yung brand nya na AMARON. may mga company naman kasi talaga gumagawa ng sariling ka kumpitensya or company na NAGPAPAGAWA ng same MODEL pero iibahin ang PANGALAN.
