NEED 2008 Kia RIO Computer Box - ECU

I have problem with the car. Already check by Car Repair Service and the problem is the computer box. The checking engine is repeatedly blinking every 12 second before starting the car. We also test the computer box with the other car (Kia Rio).

Please need your advise is this repairable?
where i can find a repair shop and where i can buy cheapest or surplus computer box

Hi,

I have a problem with the ECU of my 2013 KIA RIO (hatchback). I had it checked with Kia Service Center few months ago but the damage cost is way too expensive.

I'm looking for a trusted auto-shop where I can have it checked again and repair asap. Hopefully at a lower cost.
