Capacity: 75 AH or 95 AH Car Battery for Montero/Grandia?

If you are not using any electrical or electronic devices while the engine is not running, your vehicle is fine even with 75AH battery or lower.

Under normal usage, car battery is only used in cranking the engine after which alternator takes over by recharging the battery and supplying other power requirements of the vehicle. I've tried removing the battery after starting the engine and it continued to run.

Nagpadeliver ako fr JAWE for my monty last year nasa 6K+ Amaron Pro 3SM (Motolite Gold ko lumampas lang ng 18mos). No experience pa when claiming warranty kasi yung sa crosswind ko 5+ yrs na ang lakas pa. Sabi nga sa Delta Motors, bilib ako sa battery mo ang lakas maka recover kahit buwan na stock.

I suppose if you have an alarm system then you must get higher AH

Check mo sa Voltmeter/Multimeter kung ano na ang cranking volts niya.
