I for one reported an issue even to the 8888, and after four months, still no action. These are some examples why the common citizen already lose their confidence reporting to government agencies because it seems they don't have the teeth to grind unless media comes in

Ang na-experience ko lang sa amaron dati is nag-bulge ung battery and calcium deposits on the posts. Reported it to the store. Sabi normal daw.
Replaced it again with another Amaron though.
