Any idea or info how to directly report it instead of passing thru dealers as they might just filter it?

Yes that is one but encountered many reports to the DTI here that was not acted upon. I for one reported an issue even to the 8888, and after four months, still no action. These are some examples why the common citizen already lose their confidence reporting to government agencies because it seems they don't have the teeth to grind unless media comes in

Try landline 3522222. Thats their contact number in their website. U may want to message james deakin too since i saw him in Amaron ads.

Ang na-experience ko lang sa amaron dati is nag-bulge ung battery and calcium deposits on the posts. Reported it to the store. Sabi normal daw.

Replaced it again with another Amaron though.

hindi normal bulge nung battery tapos yung calcium deposit baka loose kaya ganun.
