try mo to have the evaporator clean and the fan replaced. baka mahina na rin ikot ng blower fan mo.

February 22nd, 2011 01:37 AM #25Thanks for the quick answer.
Sir malakas ang buga ng hangin and sabi nung pinagpagawan ko evaporator is ok nman. kso nung ibalik ko sa kanya and test nila ulit dahil nagreklamo ako dahil di ganun kalamig dahil mga mga sakay ko sa likod mahinit daw so harap lang malamig dahil andun labas ng ac. After testing sabi I need to replace it ng mas malaking condenser. Kso before ko sna papalit research muna ako if pwede palitan bka ksi gnun prin masayang pera ko.
thanks po sa answer sir ah.

February 22nd, 2011 02:49 AM #27IMHO, you dont need to replace the condenser.
Especially if your AC thermostat is not set to maximum..
yan ang mahirap sa local charade. iba iba ang wiring. iba fixed ang AC thermostat. iba hindi, dahil nga sa iba iba gumawa ng aircon.
I dont know about how it is in your charade. Beside the blower 1, 2 , 3 , is the AC thermostat slider actually working or functional? as far as I remember some are AC thermostats on some charades are set to max, but not actually max in terms of the setup.
Test mo adjusting the AC thermostat? pag naka 0 na may lamig parin lumalabas meaning naka fix yan. YOu need to have the switch adjusted para sa cut off temp when your Compressor disengages.

February 23rd, 2011 10:43 AM #28Termostat ito po ba yung adjustment na meron Blue and red? Nkamax po ito sa may blue when i adjust it goin to red umiinit ang buga ng hangin po.

February 23rd, 2011 10:57 PM #29If i remember it correctly.
Some charaders i know replaced their blower fan from another car. i forgot the exact made of the donor car where the blower came from.
Ask Benji or other charade club members about this.
The blower fan will try to dissipate the coldness of the evaporator to your cabin. Now if you have higher Rpm fan. it will push the coldness to the cabin much faster. that means the evaporator will loose more coldness relative to the old setup. The net effect is the compressor will engage much more longer that usual to attain the cut off temp required for it to stop engaging.
Its more or less like saying. the coldness is stuck in your evaporator.
