Parang hindi mag make sense if sa exchange rate ibato ang reason ng pagtaas.
    China galing products nila eh.
They are trying to cope-up with the potential profit margin kaya nagtaas na.
Dami na kasi tumatangkilik sa products nila eh.
Bumili lang naman mostly buyers nila dahil sa price.

Let's see if magtaas din yung Jap brands.

napanood ko sa youtube nauna na mag taas ang toyota across all models ata. so much so for example ang laki ng price gap ng top of the line corolla cross hybrid vs top of the line honda hr-v. though a big consideration hybrid siya.

although in my imagination naiisip ko somewhere deep in toyota phils offices may nag suggest: "mag taas tayo kaya ng presyo tiba tiba pa din naman ang nakapila sa waiting list natin!"

Every year nag increase ang price ng toyota cars. minsan announced, sometimes patago, yung ibang units 2-3x a year pa mag increase. normal na yan for Toyota.

Baka ginagaya ng Geely yung Hyundai before. Can't remember if it was under HARI, pero they introduced units that undercuts the price of the competition tapos after a year or so papantayin nila yung price nung sa competition once nakita nila na madami na bumibili sa kanila.

Eto yung Hyundai Tucson 1st Gen, it undercuts Honda CRV.
Parang nagpapasikat pa ata sila nito eh dahil sa bad reputation nila from Kia Pride units.
