The sedan looks nicer than the hatchback... The hatchback has an odd door handle in the rear, I don't like it...

1st page of this thread was on Jan 2010.. announcing sneak peak of new Aveo... this latest page here, Jan 2011.. are we still talking about this same model as in page 1? (one year later)

The CURRENT Aveos on sale here in the Philippines.. its the old model pa rin?
Will this new model be on sale here this year or next year if at all?

Nakita ko kasi sa exhibit sa MOA 2 weeks ago mga Chevy cars..

I saw this Aveo 1.4 LS AT, and for someone like me thats not too much into cars (porma wise) I find it good buy (IMHO).

Compare ko sa New Accent 2011 1.4 AT at 688k, vs Aveo 1.4 LS at 719k.. pero with discounts pa tapos free iPAD PROMO pa and free LTO .. comparable na sila sa pricing...

OBVIOUSLY, Accent is newer and mas maporma... pero features wise in my amateur opinion e parang Accent Blue na yung Aveo... dual airbags, audio control sa steering, bluetooth, chrome accents... etc

Medyo research pa ako about Aveo not so much info.. conflicting FC reports (same say its good, some say its bad). Problem is many reviews/blogs are talking about older models yata so i get confused.

According to the SA, this Aveo model is the same model in 2008? (sayang, na dissapoint ako.. i though sabay sila ng Fiesta lang).. tapos sabi pa this is the same model released later on (2009, 2010) in other countries, bali nauna daw i-release dito sa atin? Is this true? So if i read reviews (foreign) on it, na medyo dated 2009 or 2010 na parang new car review, its talking about this same model? tama ba?

Then sabi ng SA wala na daw re-release na bagong Aveo model in the near future.. e ano itong nababasa ko dito na Jan 2010 pa pinaguusapan may new Aveo model??

My gut feel tells me just to go for the newer, sleeker, ***ier Accent 2011.

Pero parang na-tetempt ako with those other extra features this Chevy model offers... (free iPad pa nga... hehe)

Hi.. go for the newly redesigned accent if you're comparing it to the Aveo. It has a good design but it feels cramped inside. If you can wait for the new Aveo well then good. hehe
