Try the chevy dealership in Quezon Avenue or the Pasong Tamo Makati
that is under the diamond motor group which also owns the mitsubishi dealership, maayos sila kausap and they will set expectations to you. Look for Lia in Quezon ave or madam Vicky in Pasong Tamo, after sales service is good

sir, i'm a chevy owner mga 8 yrs na siguro... had a chevy optra and an opel astra before and now a cruze, tyempuhan nga talaga ng casa yan. i saw from the cruze thread na mukang active yung isang manager ng chevy, i think it's pasig branch, mukang inaayos naman nya mga service nila. so i'm planning to have my 20th km pms there this month. i hope okay nga. first PMS ko is around 4k ata change oil lang yun plus i had my a/c filter changed ng mga 15thou km ko inabot lang ng 1500php parts n labor.
    pwede na din diba?

I'm wondering lang, just in case my family wants to buy a Chevy, kamusta yung service, maintenance, and parts ng Chevy dito?

Are they ready and available kaagad?

Or do I have to order pa then wait for 3 weeks or so?

hi! just want to share my experience with chevy casa.
Nung nasira yung keyless entry nung optra, i tried to ask my suking electrician sa probinsya pero sabi nya di daw nya alam yun. So wala ako choice but to have it checked sa Casa. Since malapit na rin naman yung car for its 20k check-up, niluwas ko dito sa MNL. The usual - tanong kung anong gagawin, etc. Bale 13k++. Opkors, back-out ako. Keyless for 13k?!?
Since the car is model 2006 and 20k pa lang natatakbo, ang nasa qoutation lang ay brakes, oil, plugs, belts, etc.
Nagulat ako nung may nabasa ako sa receipt - something like -

Keyless Entry Re-program - FREE OF CHARGE

So far, so good naman. Keyless na ulit ung optra...

Mahal naman ng 20,000km ng Optra... This is the reason why Chevy is really struggling...
