I hope this negative things will not happen to me. I have just finished my first PMS with my chevy spark. So far so good their rates are not too high nor too low just enough for my pocket.

November 5th, 2010 02:34 PM #26yes, i read this in the cruze thread. i was about to buy a captiva this december but i'm begining to have some serious second thoughts. a friend of mine told me that the chevy dealership in pasig (or was it shaw) was packed with cars for servicing, some having to wait for months for parts. i think i'll wait a while see how things play out

Sa Chevy Dagupan City. Maganda service nila. May naabutan ako na may ginagawang Cruze doon. Hindi doon inilabas pero doon pinaseservice. Sa tinanong ko ,Taga Manila daw May ari ng Cruze.
Sir ganyan din nangyari sa akin. Pero hindi naman chevy. Hyundai naman, Hindi ako pinansin kasi naka T-Shirt lang ako at nakatsenelas, Nakshort pa, nakaMC lang ako. Walang lumapit sa akin. May pumasok sa showroom. mga mukhang mayaman sa kasuutan nila. Yon agad ang nilapitan. Sa asar ko lumabas agad ako. Tapos punta sa chevrolet, Doon ko nabili ang car ko. kasi bago ako pumunta doon nag inquire na ako sa website nila. Nagtext sa akin yong sales man sa Hyundai. nagcall back ako sa inis ko. Sinabi ko ang nangyari sa akin sa showroom nila. Siguro natauhan din sila.

I saw the e-mail address of one Ms. Bel Laureola, Senior Marketing Service of TCCCI in the Oct issue of C! Magazine, so I sent her an e-mail stating my personal concerns on Chevy's poor after sales. I wonder if I'll get any response?
