Chevrolet Captiva reverse problem

Is the captiva covered under the 5 year powertrain warranty? I read somewhere that chevy offers 5 year powertrain warranty. Not sure though if it applies to 2009 model of the captiva. Try to look at your warranty booklet if it is indeed. If it is, maybe you can claim under it since the your powertrain and/or its components might be the one that is defective.

I suggest you go to thread of maintenance by MARIO on the next page. He do maintenance and repair and i think his number is posted there. Try to call him to give you some ideas on what to do next.
