i changed the brake pads for my optra 2004. i bought Bendix CT pads.. so far so good. The front costs P900 and also the rear. I also had my front rotors refaced for P400 a piece. so now my optra brakes just fine.

Just a follow-up on my earlier comments ... I experienced a bit of squealing after two months. I thought something was wrong with y assembly so I pulled down all brakes cleaned them and reinstalled. It lessened but would not go away. After two more months the squealing stopped. Guess the pads were just bedding in. Right now after 6 months, I have no complaints as the car stops with confidence.

I bought the bendix ct pads from ATCO in Las Pinas. The rotors are fine. I had the front skimmed at a machine shop when installing the new pads. I also drove really easy for a few months to allow the pads to bed in.
