    1. Auto leveling HID headlights (2.8 LTZ 4x4 A/T)
    2. Projector headlights for all variants
    3. LED tail lights for all variants
    4. Headlight washers (2.8 LTZ 4x4 A/T)
    5. 2.5 LT 4x2 M/T will be changed into the LS variant
    6. Steering audio control and cruise control for the 2.8 LT 4x2 A/T
    7. Auto climate.control for the 2.8 LT 4x2 A/T
    8. DVD/GPS headunit for all variants
    9. Stability and Traction Control for the 2.8 variants (LTZ 4x4 and LT 4x2)
The 2.8 4x2 automatic will have all the control and handling features of the present LTZ 4x4. The other facelift are great but i'm sure they will add to the price unless by that time the exchange rate would be 20 pesos to one US dollar hahaha!

    102.2 kph at 2000 rpm

    Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 Di-D A/T (165 hp, 363 Nm)
    102.2 kph at 2000 rpm

    Toyota Fortuner 3.0 D-4D A/T A/T (163 hp, 343 Nm)
    111.4 kph at 2000 rpm

    Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 R-eVGT A/T (197 hp, 437 Nm)
    113.3 kph at 2000 rpm

    Hyundai Tucson 2.0 R-eVGT A/T (177 hp, 392 Nm)
    113.2 kph at 2000 rpm

    Chevrolet Trailblazer 2.8 Duramax A/T (180 hp, 470 Nm)
123.3 kph at 2000 rpm (on 245/70/R16 tyres)
127.5 kph at 2000 rpm (on 265/60/R18 tyres)

Also, word has it that the Trailblazer 2.5 Duramax M/T is running also around the 120's at 2000 rpm....

Seems like better fuel-mileage can be achieved from the two TB's, especially in long open-highway drives, compared to their contemporaries.

    Cheers!

By the way sir, where did you get this data because if the testings were done in our expressways, you may already have a collection of speeding tickets hahaha!. With the speed limit at 100km/hr, I dont think that the gears is shifted to 6th.

And I'm pretty sure because of the Handling control features of the TrailB, there is a big possibility that the Monty and the Fort will introduce their Stability and Traction Control next year, which will jack their prices up, with the Fortuner V almost meeting the Php 1.8M mark and the Monty GTV meeting the Php 1.740-1.750M mark.

Great if its only 40-50k increase. But even now the dealers charges us 45-60k for the HU with DVD/GPS/Camera how about the cost of the other features. If the Fortuner and Monty have a price increase then Chevrolet will do so also with the TBZ. The prices will be maintained if the Peso strengthens but the OFW and exporters may not be able to afford the TBZ.

    2. delta00
    3. brother ni delta00
    4. albert_b

From the price of 42k pesos with reverse camera, magiging 38k na lang with reverse camera pa rin.

Parang maganda na ang price. What can you say about Astron 7? May darating daw by January that is specifically for the TBZ 4x4 (steering wheel controls) with 2 cameras (front and rear) GPS, TV tuner and it may cost less. But we need to wait a little while.

Yang HU na yan kasi ang tinetest ng TCCCI ngayon sa media and public test drive unit nila na Colorado 4x2 M/T, so yan ang approved na HU for the Colorado and Trailblazer.

What is the result of the test? I hope successful. There is a slight difference between the 4x2 and the 4x4 because there are steering wheel controls in the 4x4 so the HU must be able to accommodate the extra wiring linking it to the controls. Are there really control buttons? I thought it is touch screen.

Malapit nang dumating ang 4x2 A/T variant. Start your countdown sa mismong Christmas. It will be using the 2.8 engine of the LTZ 4x4 variant.

Sana ung 4x2 AT kumpleto din with HSA, Traction Control, etc. At sana nga nasa 1.4~1.5m price range. Plan kasi naman kumuha ng 7 seater by Feb or March. Considering this as an option na. hehe..
