Are you talking about the Aveo 1.4 LS M/T or the 1.4 LT M/T?

The Aveo 1.4 LT M/T is a better buy since you can get it at a good discount. That is if they still have stocks left. It has Airbags, ABS, an adjustable steering column, adjustable driver's seat, and foglamps.

The 1.4 LS M/T is nothing more than a base model (L) which they dressed up with fake carbon fiber inserts and 15" alloy wheels with free backup sensors which incidentally your dealer can install in other aveos free of charge.

*ppcsurfr Which dealer can install the carbon fiber, alloy wheels, and backup sensors for free?

I couldn't get more than the usual 3-year LTO, matting, tint, and P15k discount for cash purchase. Thanks!

Its the backup sensors that can be installed free of charge by the dealer (on other Aveos).
So the only real additional feature of the LS over the L are the 15 inch alloy wheels and FAKE carbon fiber interior trim (which isn't really a feature).

If you're getting a 15K discount then that's better. Your 15K discount is much better than what was offered to us for the LS. The LS comes standard with the fake carbon fiber inserts, the backup sensors and the 15" alloy wheels.

We opted for the LT manual and asked them to install the back up sensors for free.

The dealer says they can install the back-up sensors on the Base 1.4 but then my discount is reduced to P12k. Oh well, can't have it all...

    Thanks!

Thanks for the reassurance. The Base 1.4 with freebies and discount seems to be a fair deal.

    Cheers
