I think you are talking about the Suzuki dealership in Alabang. They also sell Hyundai and Kia vehicles. I am not surprised that they also sell Chery. Yes I agree with you. Their sales people are somewhat lacking in sales techniques. I went there this morning to inquire about the Alto and was advised that they also sell Getz and Picanto. When I requested to see the interior of the Alto de luxe the sales rep(according to him the Alto standard will be phased out) refused to let me see the interior and just told me to look at the Alto standard. Pareho naman daw. I have this nagging feeling that they do not want to sell their products. Does Suzuki have a dealership in Makati? I have a plan to buy a sub compact car in the near future due to sky rocketting gas prices and I am looking at several brands as my present vehicle is killing me when it comes to gas consumption.

update on my unit
I clocked around 2,++ mileage so far, I arrived on mid of july sa pinas the first time nang dumating ako I filled it up i calculated a 12.9 KM per liter
the second time 13.2 KM per liter and the last one is 14.2 KM per liter.
Its a city driving, routing from Filinvest QC to East Avenue and back. Ngayon im not in pinas, so naka tengga uli sa bahay.

August 13th, 2008 04:29 PM #1235Well, it has been over 2 months since my wife and I bought a brand new Chery car in San Fernando, Pampanga. Snce then we get run-a-round and still no registration or license plate.
They sell us car and now say they waiting for paperwork from China or Korea. It makes me wonder if the car is legal or not!
Be careful and beware. They no like answer phone or questions once you pay for the cars!
We have car and insurance that is costing us money, but the car still not legal to drive on the roads!

just saw the chery V2 (Riich) and the qq3 .8AMT with alcatel stickers sa sm north display.
comments-
1. parang nauntog sa carpark! MAY BUKOL!
2. ok naman ang driver's point-of-view inside the cabin
3. 1.3L FF 5MT, well, good, saves interior space thus lower ang floor.
4. i dont think dahil bago pa siya but, the door opener for the sliding door just wont budge. ayaw ko pwersahin baka mabagas e,ang lambot,e...
5. same as the knobs/adjuster for the rear seats ang tigas...sinagad mo na di pa magalaw ang upuan...
all for 489 thou.. pero for 6 thousand more (at 495Thou), a CHANA CM8 has a much better built quality and way good looking (for me) than the Riich despite the fact its engine is located under the seat and FR configuration.
or for 39 thou less, you can get either of these: Chana Star II or Chana Starlight
now hope i could test drive all of these i may have a definite comparison.
the qq3, well, for 3-something price, well, its good enough for its price. the alcatel stickers i suspect its the prize of the alcatel's promo for its v770 model.
and as i read the flyer that was given to me, if you buy a chery, they'll give you an alcatel c701 phone free.
ps: chery only gave me a printed on 1/2 short bond recycle paper flyer. but chana/faw (focus ventures) aside from the whole page recycle-paper flyer, they also gave me colored brochures for their cars and truck.
and i will not compare this to a wagon R-wide/R+/RR, also on japanese recon microvans.. iba level sila,e...Last edited by alwayz_yummy; September 1st, 2008 at 05:39 PM.

Still a good buy if comfort and timeless looks matter to you. The monocoque chassis rides smoother...
2017 Pajero BK, still a good buy?
