7am - 4pm - i love my shift
IMO Graveyard shifts are the worst. Humans are not nocturnal creatures (unless you're a vampire)

Being in the shifting skeds for almost 10 years, I really prefer sa GY (10pm-6am). Usual routine ko kasi after office diretso haus hatid kids sa school then go home or make errands then sundo uli kids from school. After lunch, dun pa lang ako makakatulog. I like it coz no traffic pagpasok/pag-uwi. At syempre, walang bosing...herher Ang ayaw ko lang is yung dayoff/restday usually on a weekdays, ang hirap lalo na kapag may weekend gatherings or occassions.
Pero not now, balik "normal" shift na ako...kaka-miss nga unlike ang ofc hourse na 9-5....you will have to brace yourself for horrendous rush hour traffic going to and coming from the office.

I've always taken the night shift and everybody knows that I'm a nocturnal being. Like the others said, less hassle, less people, and you get to do what you need during the day time (this worked best when I need to go to an office, bank, etc). Anyway, my work shift right now is 3pm - 12midnight. I hope I can still keep this working hours when I start studying again next year.

Ok lang naman ang nightshifts if you're still a bit younger or below 30 years old, kaya pa yan ng katawan mo.
But then if you're about 31 or what they call the 30 something bracket, you better avoid yang pagpupuyat because it really does a number on your heart and eyesight.
And you can't opt out of the update.
