sino loko-loko papasok sa opisina ganyan lang sahod tapos kaltas pamasahe at pagkain mo pa. At ganyan trabaho dapat bahay yan kasi may computer enough na. The pandemic made people realize na PWEDENG PADALIIN ANG BUHAY.
    so i am wondering,
    "how true is this ad?"

from what i have heard and personally experienced,
ads that seem too good to be true, usually are.

Maybe I fail to see it, what part of that ad is "too good"? ₱18.5k for an on-site support is kind of low, isn't it?

"... urgent hiring..." to my mind, these two words are the most suspicious...
... no details on job description, skills involved, working hours, etc...
    phone interview only.
18.5K ... well, i suppose it depends on what the output is, which is not mentioned at all.

    but perhaps i'm old school.
i am not privy to what the ad means to the now generation.

I think it's chat support for a food delivery company. Parang yung mga chat support sa shopee or lazada, or sa fb messenger ng mga company.

One positive effect of the pandemic is that companies now have the option to allow wfh. For example, the IT-BPO sector is now allowed to register under BOI which allows wfh 100%! As for the rest of the PEZA registered enterprises, hangang dec 31 na lang ang 70-30.

Elon Musk: Work from home '''morally wrong''' when some have to show up

Musk referred to tech workers as the “laptop classes living in la-la-land,” telling Faber it was hypocritical to work from home while expecting service workers to continue to show up in person.
