kaya inisip ko magiging problema yan (or problema na) ng mga owner ng office building
companies realize pwede pala remote work... mas productive pa mga employees
so why would they continue leasing several floors in an office building?
1 floor lang pwede na... ung iba remote work

Yup, ang mangyayari samin twice or thrice a week na lang magre report sa office. Last year pa lang tinanggal na local desktops and laptops namin para "hot desk" set up (no assigned seats and and you can login using any computer) Although we still refused not to have our own personal space, I think once the pandemic is over, no choice na.
Yung office nga namin sa Ayala we also had to give up last year and move to BGC. Pasikip na ng pasikip samin, but I like working from home

Week 3: Mon to Wed Team B

Week 5: Just continue the trend
Productivity and efficiency has improved.

for those afflicted w/ cabin fever, this is welcome news.
Let’s just say that it is not a good sign for your career if your boss suggests that you never need to come into the office again or asks if you would like to move far away.Even though they may be expensive, offices do matter. The physical interactions they provide do contribute to getting work done, especially projects and tasks that require collaboration. Architecture matters by structuring our interactions, in good ways if done well. The rituals of office life—coffee breaks and the informal connections we make there—matter, as does our general office social life, which helps keep us engaged. Organizational culture matters, and that is conveyed by these interactions. It is hard to keep that going via occasional video chats. CEOs know this; their single biggest concern about remote work arrangements now is how to keep their culture functioning.

December 20th, 2020 10:52 PM #170Any recommendations for a good convertible (sit/stand) desk?
Need space for two 27" monitors and preferrably motorized.
