land grab should always be a priority.

if you have a stable income, let that 2m serve as a downpayment for a 4+m property for example.

build build build program by the govt will give many opportunities for land owners.

For passive income, pwede na rin, at 11 months/year or 165k, pwede na 8% return. or 7.5% return at 10 months/year.
