We are still going to make money if we are to liquidate it now, like around 30% of the value we paid for it.

All the lots within the phase are already sold out. Avida started a new phase and it costs around 30% more for the same lot size.

True. Had a 20 unit icafe some years ago open 24x7. Pinasara ni mrs kasi hindi na ako natutulog as I covered the night shift at work pa sa umaga. Pati sunday nadamay. [emoji25][emoji25][emoji25]
