    Hi Guys,

Gusto ko sanang buhaying ang thread na to, I plan to put up a Mini Grocery mga 30sqm with 1 cashier. nakakita na ako ng place, I've checked if there are any mini groceries around which I will compete with so far wala akong nakita except for several small sari sari stores.

I'm thinking of putting up something like a convenient store that most of the household stuffs that you need is there, the plus factor their is customer can walkin and choose the items that they want as compared sari sari stores wherein you have to wait for the tindera.

    what do you think guys?

As a business consultant, I see the mini-grocery as a "high-risk, low reward" business venture for those who will be putting one up for the first time.

Since rent will be a heavy fixed cost, this would be worth a shot only if you own the space where you will put up the store. There are countless stories of landlords who become greedy and pump up the rent of tenants who seem to be doing well.
