That's where I bought the iced tea at Niu (red, cucumber lemon and house blend)

It's also where I get my face masks. Much cheaper than Lazada and not even available at OLX

parang ginamit lang yung word "sulit" to exploit the original's popularity

the original site sulit.com.ph redirects to olx

if sulit.ph is owned by the former owner if sulit.com.ph nakakapagtaka naman why he would do the same thing again considering he already made a windfall and could easily enter into other more worthwhile ventures

i'm sure the original owner is prohibited to use the "sulit" word na in other business.. maybe it's a new player..

tsaka... if i received a windfall from selling my business, i wouldn't go into the same business again

i'd go into another business

like si Sia when he sold Mang Inasal to Jollibee

he went into real estate

I would think the buyer would make the seller sign a non-compete contract. Imagine buying out your competitor only to have him do it again, this time with your money.

Sia would probably not get involved in anything involving chickens.
