Noticed that too. Apart from retirement benefits, my lawyer brother also says they are having a hard time competing with government salary rates. Salaries of associates have become so high.

But yours is still better than us SMEs. We don't really get anything when we retire except what we saved while working.

BSP has extremely good benefits and retirement package. But it's hard to get in.
