tsikoteers yung sinasabi ko mabilis makatanda pag utang/madami credit card eh dahil majority pinoy hindi marunong gumastos. Nung early year 2000 nauso mga seminar about jan pinagsasabihan yung madalas daw "kumaskas" Natawa ako doon dahil nakisilip lang ako may mga gunting pinag-gugupit mga creidt card.

kung kaya mo handlein madami credit ok lang pero for the majority hindi yaka ng noypi.

Its ok to have a card if itreat mo as cash pero kung tingin mo advance money eh good luck.

Hahahaha! Marami pa rin mas excessive kesa sakin. Anyway, I don’t let my money sleep sa bank kaya siguro rin nakakaluwag at nakaka afford ako ng mga kelangan at gusto ko. [emoji4]

Too many factors, if one has existing domestic loans like car and housing..on top of the tuition, food and utilities..those are constant variables, tapos fixed salary, what if a parent or spouse is sick, a new baby or a new girlfriend?

Not financially secured, that's why and barometer ko ng may kaya talaga is pag meron medical emergency na kailangang gumastoa ng millions sa hospital bills.

Paycheck to payheck. So walang savings. Financial issue pa rin.

    i have only one CC.
tanong nung CC pusher, "would you like the convenience of another one... ours, perhaps?"
"nope. i don't need it. i hardly use the one i already have."

Yes, a lot are moving in to TX because of the lower standard of living.

Above Median/Average household income in TX is about $80K; take home is $62K; Car is $25K

So, ratio of house+car+educ to take home pay is at 6.8: 1

Still, higher than the Phil's 4.7:1

Again, huwag lang maluho, mas magaan sa Pilipinas, may savings ka pa....

Ang baba mo namang magpasweldo, bro...

Again, comparing middle income families (professionals from both sides of the globe) living in the Metropolis.... Take note- household income in the US is $120K...

If not true with their current situation, then the tsikoteers can do their own math,- just a template for their individual comparison....

    Minimum lang yung $30K/yr income.

If talking about middle class, should be more than $60K/yr
