1. Medical emergency
2. Family member loses a job
3. Death of a love one
Too many factors, if one has existing domestic loans like car and housing..on top of the tuition, food and utilities..those are constant variables, tapos fixed salary, what if a parent or spouse is sick, a new baby or a new girlfriend?

sa Texas mura.. kabibili lang nang barkada ko nang house with pool for 400K.. wala pa palang state tax don.. kaya madami nag move sa Texas..

bagsak ang real estate sa US.. yung house nang tito ko sa IL from 500K down to 400K na lang..
I remember seeing this while buying cheesebread... I told my wife na ang weird na sa Pampanga pa...
