Simple lang kung hinde ka makatulog sa utang mo sa CC eh di it means you should not have it to begin with.

It's a tool, a convenience. Meron ka bibilhin natural babayaran mo. Anong difference sa pag cash ginamit mo?

Yun nahkakapeoblsma hinde alama i-manage finances nila.

$18K for one year.

Bihira naman ang nakatira in the middle of the city. Marami pa rin naman bahay at the 100k mark. Saka kung nakatira within the city, upper income yun.

re rent, my eldest Aunt lives in downtown SF, studio apartment in their building costs USD3k per month daw

These make people wish they'd stay there.

    E di manos din lang...

Kaya tumingin kang palagi sa salamin carwhacko...

Even with that income of 40k or less, people can still live comfortably as long as dont have the keeping up with the joneses mentality, sabi ng ni chinkee tan, the pillars to be financially free are, create passive income, stay out of debt, live below ones means..pero number one reason talaga for me is lack of contentment..

Yup. It blows my mind why people think they can get away with NOT paying the full amount of their purchase. CC ginagamit for convenience, points, tracking.

Its always needs vs wants...notice after a few days of purchasing something, when the novelty of a new item fades, one tends to chk other stuff to purchase online...parang mas nakakatuwa pang mag basa ng reviews, my observation is, yung excitement before the purchase itself not the purchased item and hinahabol natin fix, yung build up to the moment, thats where we get out dopamine, then after the purchase..buyer's remorse...now, there is no turning back, you have to work harder to pay for it, with that comes additional stressors in life, at the same time, may gusto ko ka uli bilhin...never ending cycle, some people i know lose sleep over it, to the point of taking sleeping pills..

Baka meron problema sila sa finances nila to begin with Kaya hinde sila makatulog pag gumamit ng card. Why work harder to pay for it, kahit na want yun dapat kaya mo pa rin bayaran.

Parsng si Macho *carwacko she just bought a new fortuner, eh kakabili lang niya ng Ford. Some would say if not many that it's excessive, hinde naman kailangan. But she can afford it. So walang problema.

If people want to buy excessive things just to satisfy their wants, but they can well afford it. I don't see any problem. If that's their fix. Good for them.

Numbers ko for the apartment rental and the cost of houses,- nasa outskirts of the big cities,- where mahal pa rin ang mga renta at mga bahay....
