my guess is, them's the gross interest.
and they're for the banks and other institutions.
the final interest figures for the public will be smaller, after the banks sequester their costumary fees.
the banks will probably decide the minimum placement amounts.

Less 10% tax and no fees if you get them from your suking broker. So the Series O will give a net yield of 7.73% for a minimum placement of 37,500 kesos only.

This beats the September offering of ACENB of 8% gross or 7.2% net.

Yes. I placed orders for the three. I had SMC2C before, it was oversubscribed kaya I only got a portion of my order. Dividends were good. Never sold it until it was redeemed.

Can someone please educate me. Traded ba ito sa PSE after mag close ng offering?

If yes, ung dividend rate/percentage ba ay based sa magiging trade price nia?

Or fixed ang 75pesos for the whole term and ang dividend rate ay naka base sa fixed 75pesos per share?

    TIA
