tips to look for in a condo before buying

hindi ko alam yung ibang projects nila but i notice rough finishes sa mga units na napasukan ko that my friends own. . .yung mga tiles uneven; me mga cracks agad kahit bago pa lang; yung beam nakaharang sa mga ilaw kaya kailangang magdagdag ng ilaw on it's other side; me napansin pa 'kong uneven na fire escape stairs--delikado pag nagtatakbuhan during an emergency situation

napansin ko lang, and i won't buy from them if i have to buy a condo unit

anybody here na nakakuha sa Gateway Regency ng Robinsons Land sa Boni-Pioneer?

I also have a friend who complained because the specifications on the contract to sell were not followed..

Yung kapatid ko nakakuha sa Gateway garden heights ata yun sa Robinsons Pioneer, why?

wala naman sir.. iba ata yung GW garden heights sa GW regency... nakakuha kasi kami sa Regency. although 1Q2013 pa ang turnover.

for me, those substandard construction results were breaches of contract themselves. . .for me, i see as, "haha, naibenta na namin yan sa inyo, problema nyo na yan"
