As far as work ethic and attitude, I guess that's why we have the probationary period. I usually know within 1-3 months if the employee is ok insofar as those 2 things are concerned. Hindi ko na hinihintay ang end of probationary to regularize or terminate.
He aced the interview at kumpleto sa requirements... akalain mo minsan pagpunta ko ng pagawaan eh umagang-umaga, nanonood ng tv, naka de kwatro pa at lumalaklak ng redhorse sabay ang excuse sa akin eh pampababa daw ng hang-over! Langya nag-init ulo ko dun ng todo!

Tapos iclarify anu ba yung "Task". Next inote ano yung "Action" na ginawa nila to accomplish the task. Finally check ano naging "Result".

Majority laborers muna sir, yun top performer usually gets promoted to supervisor level. Small family businesses lang naman. Salamat sa diyos at kahit papano na-establish namin yun brand sa area namin kaya medyo lumalakas. Ang issue is we always hit a snag kapag nagkukulang ang workforce.... tumataas ang demand, not enough production kasi kulang sa workers... usually ang issue eh untrustworthiness or stealing sa company so immediately i have to let go kaagad kapag ganun ang issue.

I am an it guy by profession pero simula nung inumpisahan namin ni misis magnegosyo, medyo outdated na ko.

Anyway, i started this thread naman not only for myself. For sure marami na rin tsikoteers na pumapasok sa masalimuot na mundo ng pagnenegosyo, naway mabahagian tayo ng kaalaman lalo na sa mga "experienced" na kasama natin dito.... i have attended seminars from dti, dole and other lgu sponsored activities pero mostly compliance at technology transfer ang meron sila. Wala masyado sa management lalo na employees. Hoping meron magshare dito since ang tsikot din ang nag-impluwensya sa akin para maging isang mamumuhunan, and i appreciate the feedbacks whether bad or good. It helped us somehow lalo na nung startup kami. Medyo happy kami ngayon lalo na when "big" people and businesses started to recognize us na isang maliit lang na negosyo. Up to now kahit bihira ako mag-log-in, i do read threads and get ideas from them.
