July 8th, 2008 10:47 PM #15SEC registration tells you nothing! It can tell you if a company is registered under that name, but it can't tell you if the company is run well or if it is crap! look at The Royal Manchester Five or previous scams. They were all SEC registered in one way or the other.
This guy may or may not be SEC registered. He doesnt need to be registered if he happens to be a freelance advertising person. He might have just put up the website to advertise HIS services, not a company. Whether or not he is good or bad... I wouldnt know. You might want to ask him about his ideas and see if they make sense. The problem is if he is ultra charming, he might just win you over even if his strategy is crap. The opposite is also true, if he isnt a good speaker, we wont bite into his idea even if it will really work.
Such was the experience of the guy who invented the photocopying machine. He had a great idea, but none of the big companies liked it. It was a small startup, Xerox, which paid attention to it, and the rest is history. But the opposite can also happen and disaster can strike.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
