    Ano po ba ang nature ng business. My friend is renting 30 sqm stalls fronting Congressional Avenue at 800/sqm. Baka lang po interested din kayo.

    Kia Motors has reserved two stalls as a display area.

    Nope. Aalis na yung Kia sa Northridge, lilipat dun sa tinatayong commercial area ng friend ko. Katabi lang ng KFC Congressional.

    Shang has a 85% occupancy... I always wonder how the tenants can survive, especially sa new wing... 2 years na di napupuno at daming nagsasara.
