    From an accounting point of view, buildings have an ESTIMATED useful life of 50 years. It is not hard and fast rule na 50 talaga. If found na matibay at maayos pa rin ang isang well maintained building, hindi ili-limit sa 50 years.

    IMO, the law must be updated... But until anyone from Congress/Senate makes a move, it's 50 years.

    the condo corp owns the land, so unit owners actually owns the land.. kahit mawala na yung building..
