Anybody here who has experience returns/refund on shopee? Especially yun mga orders from overseas sellers? Pansin ko lang mabagal kay shopee ang delivery and hindi yata dinodouble check ng resellers yun items. I ordered a macbook casing for 15 inch, pang-13 inch pinadala sa akin. Yun water reservoir naman may malaking crack sa gilid nung dumating....

I have. It was easy. They credited the amount back to my BPI account since my order was COD. I think it depends on the seller on how fast the refund will be

Hindi replacement? Wala bang charges kapag sa bank isasauli yun pera? Mukhang mas ok nga then bili na lang ulit. Yun cover ng macbook, 1 month dumating replacement.

I didn't receive the item kaya refund sakin. Walang charge, I was credited the exact amount.

Ordered an item in shopee paid thru cc. Even chatted with seller to make sure the specs were correct. Item arrived but wrong specs. Chatted again with seller. He said refund. Didn't even ask for the item back. Amount was back in my card I think in less than a week

No more because his supplier couldn't deliver the specs we discussed so refund na lang daw

Changing promo mechanics at the day of the event? Ang tingin ko dito nagkamali sila ng ticket count. They gave away more tickets than they can accommodate. So mabawasan ang nabigyan na ng ticket binago ang mechanics. Kawawa lang yung nasa venue na nung bawiin ang ticket. But on another note spending 220k for meet and greet? (no performance)
