Mystery parcel na binebenta ng ₱50. Hindi malinaw yung details sa report na to. Eto daw yung mga hindi na deliver, at ibabalik sa seller, tinatanggal ang waybill at ibebenta as mystery parcel.
Are these paid items na at hindi COD? Are the riders stealing this by removing the waybill and will mater be declared as loss? Or maybe the cost of the package is less than the cost of the shipping back to seller kaya benta lang ng ₱50? For sure walang smartphone dyan.

Maghahabol ang buyer at seller sa courier and it will be charged sa courier kapag hindi naideliver or naibalik ang item. I sold an item na hindi na ideliver pero pagbalik sakin damaged, binayaran ako ng Lazada, syempre charged nila yun sa courier.
Unless the courier is trying to deliver or return pero walang tumatanggap, kumbaga walang umaangkin dun sa package.
If narinig niyo na yung nakakatanggap ng delivery pero hindi nila inorder. Tapos pag bukas kung ano anong basura ang laman. Modus yun ng mga seller para magparami kuno ng order at makapag leave ng review. Sila ang nag order nun from their shop so sila ang magrereview and naturally, they will give themselves a 5 star.
Cguro yung mga binibentang mystery parcel yung mga ni refuse na ganun tapos hindi na din alam ng rider kung san ibabalik. Kesa nga cguro nakatengga sa storage nila, kelangan nila idispose.

May limit pala ang cash in ng Shopeepay na 50k which was lowered to 10k monthly for unverified users.
Sayang ang 50 coins sa bills payment nila for today, na reach ko na daw limit.
Napilitan tuloy ako magpa verify kanina hoping na pwede na ulit. But matagal daw pala ito ma confirm, sana ma-verify agad, malamang sunod sunod ang coupons going towards 3-3 [emoji30]

Nagka-issue ako last time sa Cash-In ko from BPI linked account to ShopeePay.. After ko ma-enter OTP, nag-loading ang Shopee mobile app after more or less 1 minute, failed ang cash-in.. Ni-check ko sa BPI mobile app wala naman nabawas sa account.. So nag-move on na ako, di na lang ako sumubok uli.. Next day, naisipan ko i-double chdeck, nabawas yung amount sa BPI Account ko..
Paano ko na-resolve..
(1) Tawag sa BPI hotline 20+ minutes waiting time.
(2) After verification ng BPI Customer Service na ikaw ba talaga yung account holder, itanong mo na yung Secondary Online Payment Processor (Payment Vendor e.g. Dragonpay), sa case ko ECPAY ang nag-process.. Kung available yung info, ask mo na din kung may reference number and exact time nung transaction. Sa case ko, walang ibang information na available.
(3) Sa ShopeePay, mag report sa call live agent at ibigay ang information para mabigyan ka ng case report at sabihin na pa-escalate ng concern mo..
Within the day, 1-2 hours naibalik na yung pera sa ShopeePay..

May topic kanina sa shopee, yung Lee official store may voucher na ₱4.4k off min of ₱4.4k ngayon 4.4. Some were able to buy ₱4.4k worth of items ₱11 lang babayaran, or ₱200 lang. Haha

Na cancel nga lahat ng bumili ang naka lagay na reason for cancelation "system error". I wonder if someone will get fired for this, that someone mistakenly put 4400 instead of 440 for discount. Although this is an error in voucher, sa physical store kasi kahit error yung naka lagay na tag price eh yun pa rin susundin na price if lower than the POS machine. I wonder if someone will bring this to DTI.
