At least you can still get cashback which is often higher than free SF vouchers. So in effect the delivery is not free anymore.... sometimes what I do is ask for discount from seller if im buying in bulk to compensate for the delivery fee.

What Fluke model po, possible may makuha pa LCD replacement. Do not ever trust Chinese DMM esp those unprotected. Mejo OK Uni-T, Mustool but not Zotek and uncomparable parin ang quality sa Fluke.

Mapula na yung LCD screen halos di mo na mabasa kahit nasundan ko na yung youtube paglinis ng LCD screen after bunutin with contact cleaner.

^ Polarizer film or the reflective silver/white film needs to be replaced, meron sa shopee. Or replace LCD assy, i think 80 and 28 series shares the LCD. Ask mo din local supplier Chomar Unitrade, Presidium, Avesco. Sayang kasi kung itapon, kahit averaging/non tru-RMS yan, Fluke parin after 30yrs buhay parin.
