I've just switched to shoppee recently because of wide array of sellers and also items that are not available sa laz. some sellers offering cheaper prices compared to laz. sellers not just chinese. there are some from Indonesia where I ordered a turn signal light socket that I can't find it on lazada.
Well they give usual vouchers that I never use. No shipping is not free all the time it still depends on the seller's minimum purchase for it to become free.

The free shipping voucher is for 500 min spend, which you will never get to use probably since you get a lot of free shipping vouchers daily regardless of rank, for much much lower min spend and even no min spend

Both platforms have lots of Chinese sellers. In general, parang mas may tiwala ako mag-order sa mga Chinese sellers sa Shopee. Sa Lazada medyo nahuli ko na ang modus ng mga Chinese sellers doon. And why bother when usually mas mataas naman ang price sa Lazada for a comparable item in Shopee. For me, mas madali at mas mabilis rin ang cancellation and refund procedure sa Shopee.

As for other sellers naman particularly Indonesian, I do find their prices medyo mataas din. So kung meron namang local or Chinese seller I would probably place them last in my consideration. Sa Lazada, may Japanese seller doon na relatively reasonable ang prices especially for items coming from Japan. They also carry "rare" or specialized items. Nagtataka lang ako bakit parang konti lang ang nagpa-patronize sa kanila eh wala rin naman ako nababasang negative feedbacks.

Saw some cheap 2AA batteries in Shopee but it looks like it will easily drain out or out of batt in just a few uses better to buy eveready or energizer?

Comparing the shipping fee bet. Lazada and shopee here in province… mas cheaper si shopee… thats why i order mostly in shoppe but pag wala sa shoppe ang product no other choice but lazada….

Pangit din sa shipping system nila compared to amazon, per item yung shipping if different store…

Just search for the lowest price on GP Greencell alkaline or zinc batteries. They are an HK OEM battery company.

Also, you may check on the Xiaomi Rainbow alkalines. It is claimed that they are made with Maxell technology.

I guess sila na yung pinakamura na Chinese batteries with good or comparable performance.
Of course, check for user reviews and seller ratings to make sure you're getting the real deal.

Yang Xiaomi ang binibili kong batteries. Very organized na naka hard case instead of those cardboard or plastic wraps na once opened, kakalat na. Pag naubos, may free hard plastic case pa for my rechargeable AAA and AA batteries.

So far, mukha namang tumatagal as my previous alkaline batteries. Haven't had any leaks either.

GP for rechargeable AA and AAA.

I'd be more worried about leaks. Cheap batteries are notorious for leaking.

If you change batteries frequently, consider Eneloop or GP ReCyKo.

I check right now on shopee and price is around 11 pesos each pretty cheap too. Saw some more cheaper battery at around 4 pesos only each. Anyway, i will just go for GP Greencell.
