    I was a former gov't contractual employee who got so bored of my work. I was already in line for promotion to be a regular employee when I left to be an enterpreneur. Five years later, I am glad of my decision. :D

    One of the speakers was Jonathan Yabut, the winner of Apprentice Asia. Good tips on how to retain and engage generation Y employees, though I dont necessarily agree with some of his points particularly on some who want to be managers after working 2 years. Well, maybe family business.
