    ganito may prob ako sa isa sa umuupa sa pwesto ko, well,, overdue na rent nya ng 3 months, and electric bill nya for june is still no paid.

    problem is nangutang me para mabayran ko yun total electric bill kasi sub-meter lang siya. papatayan ko siya ng service ng kuryente. is it right na ung interest(10%) ng inutang ko(which is the amount na due nya) para mabayaran ang total electric bill ay i-patong ko sa electric bill nya as overdue fee?

    tapos eto singilan na din ng tubig, di pa din nagaabot. chacharge na din ako ng overdue at suspension of service after 5 day ng overdue sa mother bill--sub metered din e..

    as for upa, may notice na ako for eviction sa kanya,e.. magtatapos na july e madadagdagan pa ulit ung balanse nya kaya nagpadala na ako ng notice.

    naiipit na kasi ako financially din,e.. pinagbibingan ko naman siya, pero lagi nalang di natutupad,e..


    ps: uy, di mahal upa sa place ko per month,e.. residential at maliit lang din kasi yun place, mga 10 sq.m lang.

    I hope you have a security deposit with you went you signed the lease contract with the lessee. You can use that if naubos, I hope nakasulat sa contract pwede mo sya palayasin if there is breach of contract...
