hindi mo na maibabalik yung dati dyan sa company mo.. so hindi ka na din talaga sasaya dyan kahit ano pang mangyari..

it will be stressful believe me.. kung i float ka nila without salary for 6 months.. sabi mo lang na ok lang sayo yun kasi mabubuhay ka.. pero 6 months is 6 months..

also - anong mangyayari pag hindi ka nila ni retrenched after 6 months? what are your options? alangan naman mag resign ka lang.. syempre hindi ka na papayag at may pinag lalaban ka ngang prinsipyo.. so ang gagawin mo mag dedemanda ka sa DOLE.. only to find out na hindi yun ang proper venue kasi diba officer ka? so pupunta ka sa NLRC.... kailangan mo nang abogado.. they're not cheap.. per engagement per appearance yang mga yan.. the case can take years.. dyan ka na talaga ma stress.. tapos in the end.. you will just walk away dahil napagod ka na..

so mas maganda ngayon pa lang.. walk away na.. it's not worth it.. sayang oras.. sayang pera.. at tatanda ka lang sa stress..

Hindi naman ako magiging masaya sa ibang company kasi dito ako masaya sa current job ko

Why will it be stressful pala? Kaya ko naman tiisin walang sweldo, tipid tipid na lang muna. Yung friend ng friend ko nakipagmatigasan daw, and after 6 mos na offer ng redundancy. Sabi friend ko na dept head, make it appear na nag cooperate ako sa transfer tapos hanap ako dahilan why hindi ako job fit haha.

It's never a good thing to work abroad if your loved ones aren't with you. But, you do the sacrifice for their benefit. Plus, you're not on familiar ground. There's nothing like being back on home soil.

But, if you're single and adventurous? It's great!

I am so so heartbroken Ngayon palang they are stressing me out na to make a decision. I declined the relocation to India. Tama kayo na might as well start some place different. Hindi na nga ko magiging happy kung ibang job at ibang boss

But I will try my luck pa rin sa package, if they screw me over, hindi ko na iakyat sa NLRC, but at least I tried. Pag floating pala samin may salary pa daw pero iinisin ka talaga ng HR Babalik rin naman kasi ako sa US sa 2021

Look at this on the bright side, if nangyari ito let say 5 years after, mas mahirapan ka na mag hanap ng ibang work here or abroad, at least now, you're still young may chance pa, you never know, baka blessing in disguise ito and you'll be much happier with your new job. Good luck Maam Cathy.

Yes I am trying to stay positive na lang, but I am in my late 30s already, if I were in my 20s it would probably be easier to find a job. Sana nga I will be happier sa next chapter ng life ko

Our site head said something similar, that I resisted change, we only managed to delay it but in the end my destiny was really to leave my job.

If it were Germany, panalo ang local hire but this is INDIA

Isa lang (VP) because she came from India already as an expat. I don't know how many were offered relocation, but I know it will be very few, maybe less than 10% of the employees
