March 8th, 2012 08:23 AM #34Kung sa itsura ibabase eh mukha talaga hindi papahuli ng buhay yan. Pero sa isang civilized society dapat tumitingin sa pangkalooban pero mahirap talaga minsan. Ako meron ako iniiwasan mga iilang taga province pag ito magiging tenant. Kahit mag-advance payment pa for 2 years. Money is not everything kung mastress ka lang sa ibang bagay.
Importante ang discrimination sa pagpili ng tenant.
Alamin mo kung mahilig sa videoke, lasenggo...yung mga mahilig magcelebrate in public.
Iwasan din yung madami pera pero parang nangaling sa lotto.
