Multi-Level Distribution systems are dependent upon each level buying and reselling the products for their own account. That, of course, requires capital investments in warehousing and distribution facilities, in addition to the cost of the inventory. The first Multi-Level Marketing companies were a take-off on this method of marketing. - Those companies were designed and intended to take a manufacturer's products directly to the consumer market in volume rapidly.

but now, MLMs are created to make fast money for the creators

MLM creators know the MLMs they create will collapse

the goal is to make as much money as possible before the MLMs collapse

    about the products...

    the products are a joke

they're just props... used to make the MLMs look like real businesses

to make money in MLM, either you create one yourself or join one really early

if you join an MLM that already has a lot of members, chances are, you will never make back your investment before the MLM shuts down

When my wife joined Forever Living, she plunked down 12k+ for the combo kit and then joined First Quadrant (joining fee then was 8,888). Pero without my knowledge, sinama pala ako, her sister-in-law and her mother, plus her 2 friends (pero pautang yung sa 2 friends). So she spent over 48k. Wala pang 5k yung na-recover nya.
akala ko kung ano ang meaning ng mlm , pyramid style pala.

hindi ba bawal sa pinas yan ?

MLM is fine if it doesn't involve recruiting people en masse and collecting unbelievable joining fees to distribute sub-par products... then promised unrealistic bounty.

Insurance companies can be classified as a MLM organization but they're legit.

Judging from the throngs of people hanging around their office and the scarcity of product shipping out, I'd stay away from it if I were you ...
