Mejo swerte kami d2 sa office dahil basis ng mid-year bonus is performance mo. If maganda record mo sa ofc, pwedeng umabot sa x4 ng monthly salary mo. Depende rin pala sa income ng company. Mejo maganda benefits d2 kc regular ang Increase, 13th Month, Christmas Bonus and Mid-Year Bonus.

Some companies who only give 13th month credit this 50-50 (mid year and year end); the idea is to help the employees during those two peak expense times (enrollment and Christmas).
The number of months guaranteed bonus also depends on the industry. In banking for example, it's normal for the starting pay to be lower than other industries however guaranteed bonuses are up to 16 months with additional allowances/tax shields and performance bonuses/profit sharing as you move up the ladder.

optional sa office namin ang pagkuha ng mid year bonus, and i opt not to get it. gusto ko kasi ng isang bagsakan na lang lahat sa december.
